The primary corner on the north east is clad with a subtle difference from the other façades and reduces its scale with a terrace on the uppermost level. This arrangement highlights a pair of inclined feature columns and with fritted transparency, foils their presence. Balconies engage the north west corner and the lateral recesses which articulate the vehicular entrances to the complex. Compositionally, the arcaded base elevates all office façades which are framed by masonry blade walls and capped with a simple planar roof. This solid roof plane dematerialises to louvered panels at points of façade recess and notably on the corners to provide legible emphasis.
