The brief required a contemporary building to house a new head office for
Novartis. The architecture needed to be in line with Novartis’s International profile.

Zenprop Property Holdings and Rewardsco collaborated as joint venture partners
for the development of this new landmark office located in Ridgeside, Umhlanga.
