Ceiling heights were intentionally adjusted , either raised or lowered , to delineate quiet or noisy work zones . This combined with the floor finishes , allows employees to intuitively distinguish between different zones with various privacy levels .
Form Supports Function The floor layout configuration embodies hybrid and flexible working principles with five distinct activity nodes : focused work , meetings , socialising , connecting , and support spaces . These nodes are supported by various amenities that liberate employees to choose their work environment . Focus areas are strategically placed to reduce noise and enhance concentration , while social spaces encourage spontaneous interactions and collaboration . The result is a contemporary , tactile and uncluttered environment that empowers employees . A key take out from this project is that the future of work is unique for each company , requiring a comprehensive selfassessment to understand the workplace ’ s significance , the role of social networks in productivity , and employee needs .
