• Utilising natural light throughout, allocating spaces such as store
rooms and boardrooms which require AV to areas where natural
light is lacking.
• Meeting spaces were to be created in different sizes and
configurations to meet the various needs of both internal and
client meetings.
• Meeting spaces with dual functions such as a boardroom &
war room combination.
• Creating staff break away areas to include access to as well as a
view of the external atrium, allowing staff to enjoy the beautiful
garden and natural light.

Challenges
This project required some highly creative thinking to achieve
the desired outcome and to achieve the look and feel within the
given budget.
Another challenge was that the office space had very little
access to natural light as the majority of the space was close to
the core of the building. Paragon dealt with this issue by allocating
the staff café area to the space with exterior views – thus allowing
equal access to all employees and creating a multifunctional space
where employees are encouraged to collaborate, meet and work
throughout the day.
