Playing on the name Optenhorst, equestrian motifs form part of the signage and other elements such as a horse sculpture which sits prominently within the central courtyard. The name, along with the branding and mood board of materials and design references subsequently developed out of that, set the basis for the architectural concept that was then formed by architects SVA International.
