checkered tiles, an antique reception desk and new‘ old world’ mouldings and stone architraves to add to the heritage legacy. In the passages the existing coral lobby marbles were paired with a graphic custom rug and each floor’ s walls finished with a reverse ombre akin to the exterior.
The roof deck was designed as a full embrace to Parisian rooftop living- classic checks and stripes, bespoke iron chairs with scalloped umbrellas, lampposts and concrete ornate tables. Iron lounge furniture, lamp bases sourced from vintage shops and chairs finished with an assortment of fringe and tassling were hand picked and paired to elevate the detailing. All were locally supplied and manufactured and almost everything was custom made. This building was a passion project from beginning to end with Bone Studio striving to give guests a piece of whimsy and romance.
