timber slatted screens and panelling are used to host different types of workspaces . Meeting rooms with large digital screens and private lounges sit alongside smaller meeting rooms , focus rooms and open plan desking for quiet , individual work .
Additional capacity for working rooms and open plan desking is located one floor beneath this collaborative space . Accessed through a smaller lounge , meeting rooms , focus rooms and phone booths are supported by a serving station with a central S-shaped couch that echoes the one a floor above . Created as a dedicated backroom working area and the engine of the
workspace , this floor includes a playful innovation room with a moveable ladder for writing on the full height of whiteboard walls and treadmills for encouraging movement .
The use of colour throughout the space supports the suggested pace of the varied work zones and is based on indigenous South African flora . The vibrancy of the top floor meeting and presentation rooms draws its inspiration from the unique multi-coloured South African flower , the Strelitzia , while the core working areas a floor below celebrate the calmer , paler colours of the King Protea .
