Tétris experiments with ways to showcase commercial interior design The film , What if ..., showcases the new 1,600m 2 head office in Waterfall Johannesburg with a cheeky story that focuses on the end-user . The Sanofi strategy of Play to Win and the Tétris Design and Build proposition of Design you can Feel provided the opportunity to challenge the formulaic structure of conventional interior design films . The short movie doesn ’ t talk about hot-desking , collaboration , flexible workspaces , biophilia or resi-mercial comfort spaces , it shows how the opportunity and influence of the combined design ingredients could possibly be experienced . It presents the scenario of that moment the lights go out , and you are the last person in the office , locked in until security comes upstairs to let you out . What would it feel like if you took your shoes off to experience the thick carpet pile or ran your hands through the glass curtain artwork at reception and lay down on the couch as you would if you were comfortably at home ? up as an auditorium for presentations or larger meetings . The rear of the auditorium wall includes a pattern of shelves that houses mini seating stools that can be extracted and used for extra seating when hosting large company forums .
The shape of the curve is carried throughout the design of the workspace , providing soft flowing connections between different activity spaces . From the acoustic screen that separates the café off to the right-hand side of reception , to the sweeping mural of the auditorium seating at the rear of the co-working lounge ; the curved glazed walls of the executive meeting rooms to the rounded ends of tables , there is an inviting geometry that moves through the space .
