The project takes shape around a precise ambition: to avoid both the neutral aesthetics typical of contemporary corporate offices and any overtly celebratory or luxury-driven approach. Design decisions focus on the creation of measured atmospheres, where light, materiality and detailing contribute to a workplace landscape that is rigorous yet deeply human.
On the fifteenth floor, characterised by the original BBPR layout, Paolo Frello & Partners adopts an almost philological approach. Original mahogany doors, transom windows, reveals and portions of the existing finishes have been preserved or reinterpreted in accordance with the spirit of the original design, while
