transparent glass entrance that both reveals and protects the double-height lobby.
The interior spaces continue the narrative of material precision and spatial clarity. Residences are organized to maximize light, views and comfort, with carefully studied proportions and operable windows offering natural ventilation. A sequence of shared amenities— including pools, fitness spaces, a restaurant and a private theater— are integrated into the podium and can be reserved to ensure privacy and flexibility for residents.

THE LEGACY, located at No. 8 Castle Road, Hong Kong, is a joint venture project by Henderson Land Development Company Limited and New World Development Company Limited. ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel designed THE LEGACY’ s architecture( as design architect), and was in charge of the interior design of selected areas.

Throughout the project, elements of feng shui blend with contemporary Italian design. Architectural details such as window mullions and façade textures are conceived as part of a broader cultural dialogue. In the penthouses, large rooftop terraces of more than 200 square meters celebrate open-air living with panoramic views over Victoria Harbour. A refined design language draws on patterns of interlocking circles and the symbolic repetition of the number 8— a sign of prosperity in the Chinese tradition— creating a subtle interplay between form, meaning and experience.
