British heating and cooling specialist Diffusion has won‘ Air Conditioning Product of the Year’ at the HVR Awards 2025 for its new Modular Highline 275 Fan Coil Range. Designed for largescale spaces like hotels, offices and receptions, the range delivers airflows up to 514l / s with low sound levels, reduced energy use, and standout flexibility.
The Modular Highline 275 offers over 300,000 configurations, making it ideal for projects requiring bespoke solutions. Units can even be reconfigured on-site to suit future changes in building use— avoiding waste and boosting sustainability. With eight sizes and 13 models, specifiers benefit from maximum design flexibility without overspecification.
Key innovations include side-specific fan access, allowing simple maintenance even in ceiling-restricted spaces, and Diffusion’ s Lifetime‘ Eco’ filter, which eliminates the need for disposable filters and reduces landfill waste.
