Amtico has expanded its flagship
Signature collection of Luxury
Vinyl Tiles (LVT) with the addition
of 54 new products. The collection
now consists of 92 Woods, 74
Stones and 51 Abstracts that
have been carefully divided into
complementing colour palettes.
The expanded Signature range has
been launched alongside Signature
36+, an enhanced slip-resistant
version of the LVT that is infused
with antimicrobial protection. With
a 1mm wear layer, Signature and
Signature 36+ products boast the
thickest wear layer of any LVT on the
market. The collections carry a 20-
year commercial warranty and an A+
BREEAM accreditation. Furthermore,
the Signature and Signature 36+
tiles can be teamed with an acoustic
backing layer to minimise noise

The existing building forms a
quadrangle around a central
courtyard, which has gone through
a change of use from underused
offices to 124 high quality
apartments. Extensive refurbishment
work was required as part of
the change including structural
alterations, floor infills and major
reconfiguration of load bearing walls.
Now under the brand of ‘Tobacco
Dock’ the area is a sustainable, lively,
mixed-use neighbourhood made
up of leisure, residential, retail and
commercial developments.
The wall hung WC complements
bespoke White Marble Elements
basins which feature the innovative
Infinity Tray drain. The elegant
White Gloss Marble Trex3 tiles
open up the space by reflecting the
natural light. Features include the
Trend 2 designer press panel and
