August 13: Love is a part of who I am.

Day 13, Love does not spring from an outer force, nor is it a trait we practice. Love is and always has been a part of who we are. It is evident in our very nature, as children we connect with other children without restraint of color, race, political preference, or religion. As we grow older, we often shut off this ability to love unconditionally believing that to be carefree and loving is naïve or immature. Hiding our true nature, our ability to love and be loved, is a way of suffocating and drowning who we truly are. Love is who we are, and will always be a part of who we are. This is an indestrucable part of us that we are now reawakening.

August 14: I am Beginning to See All the Positive Qualities and Traits that I Have.

Day 14, Two weeks in and today we are rewriting thoughts of what we don't have and open ourselves to what we do have. We open ourselves to what is within us, often the things that we have labeled as 'bad' or 'negative' are simply beautiful and wonderful traits that have not been seen as the gift they are.

August 15: I Accept Myself Deeply and Completely.

Day 15, Today we accept and rejoice in who we are, and all that we are. Many limit the love they have because of what they see as a flaw or an undesirable trait. Our bodies, as they are, are complete and perfect. Every trait that makes our bodies are perfect and complete. Today we unlock our ability to accept ourselves on a deeper level, and to accept all that we are.

August 16: I Accept Myself for What I Am and I Am Constantly Trying to Better Myself.

Day16, The great purpose of this life is to LEARN. We learn through experience, both joy and sorrow, pain and healing, hope and despair. Each of these in turn teach us not only about life in general but ourselves too. Each day is a new challenge that enlightens and grows us as individuals, and it is what we create. If we choose to accept each challenge as an opportunity to grow, we allow room for ourselves to grow and learn. But if we approach each new challenge as a chore, or as drudgery we limit our potential and limit ourselves to the very minimal blessings and lessons we receive from a challenge.

August 17: I acknowledge my own Self-Worth; My Confidence is Soaring.

Day 17, We have already spoken a great deal of self-worth. Today we not only embrace, but take confidence in it. Who we are is magnificent, and is worth taking great pride in. Pride can be poisonous if we allow it to divide us from those around us or to break down another's feelings of self-worth. The personal pride we take in ourselves, our self confidence, is a powerful nurturing force. Today we see that which is within us and take time to really just let it shine.

August 18: I Am in Awe of My Appearance, My Grace and My Compassion.

Day 18, Today we revel in both our physical appearance, but also our heart too. We reflect on our grace, particularly the grace we show under pressure, and compassion, the love and understanding we naturally posses. No matter what your circumstance women are naturally filled with grace, a courage and endurance that just thrive no matter our trials. We are also filled with compassion, an understanding for the needs of others that enable us to enrich and assist others with their trials.

We are also filled with compassion, an understanding for the needs of others that enable us to enrich and assist others with their trials.

August 19: I Accept Others as They Are and They in turn Accept Me as I Am.

Day 19,Today we reflect our love on others, and in turn their love for us. This love relies on accepting others for their flaws and mistakes because we know just as we are worthy, and loving beings so are they. We accept others without criticism, and release any expectations or demands we hold on others. We love others as they truly are, and realize that they in turn love us. It is wonderful to be loved and today we both give love and receive the love of others.

August 20: I Am Beautiful, Strong, Unique, Powerful and Worthy Being.

Day 20, Today we reaffirm that which we have always known. That we are indeed beautiful, that just as we are we are truly beautiful. That we are strong, we can overcome any obstacle because we are stronger than our circumstance and our doubts. That we are unique, we are individuals, none can replicate or replace us. That we are powerful, we have the power to change ourselves, to change our circumstance, we are each a powerful force for good. That we are worthy, we are worthy of all that we desire, we are worthy of love and affection especially from ourselves.
