Scott is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alliant Personnel Solutions Inc. (APSi). Scott's vision and mission for helping others is driven by an attitude of excellence, ethical core values, communications and building good relationships. His strong determination to assist his clients and educate everyone he encounters has been the staple of his long history of success in staffing and technology.
Scott has over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry serving in top executive roles and board member for a national IT Consulting and Staffing firm. Scott has led organizations to significant growth in commercial and government environments. He has been recognized for building successful teams and developing new scaleable business practices. He was noted as a top earner for a staffing firm in Washington, DC before becoming a entrepreneur.
Before Scott set his goals toward corporate america, he served 10 years of military duty in the United States Army. Scott worked in several key roles involving Personnel Administration/ Management, and supporting military operations such as Operation Desert Storm with the 3rd Infantry Division (3rd ID). During his military service, Scott became U. S. Army Instructor Certified and was highly recognized for his contribution to soldier development and training before honorably separating in the 90's.

Scott's professional portfolio includes serving in roles such as; Personnel Specialist, Supervisor, Human Resource Manager, Recruiter, Sr. Account Executive, Director of Business Development, Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Business Development and Managing Board Director. He has participated on several community boards and works with mentoring groups to help young men and women.
Scott has made North Carolina the headquarters for APSi moving from Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. He contributes many of his successful venture to his military and corporate mentors who provided a non-traditional blue print for getting outside the box and being innovative.
Scott tries to balance his time between raising three young daughters with his wife and serving as the Chairman/CEO of APSi along with being the President of SoComm Integrated Solutions (www.gosocomm.com). He still has a passion for developing new business ventures, creating innovative workforce programs and helping people advance their careers.
Scott uses his 20 year track record to author books and workforce curriculum for clients and professional job seekers. He continues to be very optimistic about todays workforce climate and sees opportunities for companies like APSi to further engage projects by providing personnel, technology and consulting solutions.
