Dear Member ,
As the Winter Holidays approach , we expect you are crossing out days in your calendarat least we know we are - but we still wanted to send you a few words summarising what we have been up to , and what the second semester has in stock for you .
Let us remind you that our office will remain closed from July 8th to 19th . We ’ ll be delighted to welcome you as from July 22nd on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 8 pm as usual .
Our Annual General Meeting
Our Annual General Meeting took place on May 11th , at 9 am . We invited all members to attend and learn about activities carried out during 2012 and about decision making processes . The meeting came off successfully and the EC received full support from the attendees , who also granted their approval to the annual financial report .
The EC is very grateful to those members who shared the morning , listened attentively to the readings and gave us their generous support and suggestions .
