Dear Member , It is a pleasuree to get in touch with you once again with news from our Association . We are aware that it has been an unusually long time since we last sent you a Newsletter . Just like you , we at the EC have been frantically rushing to and fro juggling school and family duties before the end of the year , in addition to our work at APrIR . In the meantime we have kept close to you through our electronic Info Service and Facebook page .

Anniversary celebrations Joint tribute to our flag
On September 12th , as part of the anniversary celebrations of APrIR , ARCI and IES “ O .
Cossettini ” , the three institutions paid a floral tribute to the Argentinian Flag at Galería de Honor de las Banderas de América
, Monumento a la Bandera . Members and authorities got together once again in this very special year for ELT in Rosario . The national and provincial flags were carried by distinguished students from the English
Teacher Education Programme at IES “ O . Cossettini”, and speeches were delivered by
María del Carmen Bonilla ( APrIR ),
Enrique Lingua ( ARCI ) and Andrea
Monserrat ( IES ).
