APrIR Speaker Scholarship
Unfortunately no applications were received for APrIR’s financial support for a member to present a
paper at the 2016 FAAPI Conference. We regret that many of our members
overlook how much we can learn by sharing our ideas and how much other
colleagues can profit from what we share. Our ideas may be adopted as they
are or may trigger other ideas which will travel far and beyond to benefit
fellow teachers in the world. We hope to receive many applications next year.

Forthcoming activities
October 14th: Female voices in Shakespeare
APrIR is joining in the hundreds of diverse activities aimed at remembering the 400th anniversary
of Shakespeare´s death. We are presenting a show in which a bunch of teachers will lend their
voices to some of the Bard´s most famous female characters. Stay tuned for details.
