Meeting Minutes
Spotlight : James Duenow March will be the first electronic PDF magazine form of the Spotlight . Working on getting e-mails from 40 of the current paying subscribers . Will be working on a Spotlight budget to get the Spotlight to be cash flow positive .
James would like input from the Board regarding a “ cc ’ ing ” process before committees are sending something to Herald Journal . Should we continue to do what we have in the past , or have a group review the submission ? Should we verify the submissions are already designed and print ready so that we do not incur additional costs for design time ? Perhaps we can rely a little more of the Marketing / Sponsorship / Spotlight combined committees to work on forms so that it is print ready .
Old Business :
Last Board Meeting we approved the Board Members agreement . We have received a few of them back , the rest of them need to be signed and turned into Leslie .
Lynn has spoken with Sandy about revising the language in procedures to add Vice Chairs to the Main Committee Chairs not the Sub-Committee Chairs .

NEW BUSINESS : The Qualifications Coordinator , Treasurer , and Secretary positions were reviewed by the Board . The Board recommended Annual increases of which will be voted on by the General Delegation at the April Meeting . The new 2022-2023-2024 Rule Books will be distributed at the Meeting .
