Interview Time ! STAR Model
This month our N5 Financial Services students have been focussing on employability skills ! They have been learning all about different types of interview and how to prepare for an interview . The class have been using resources such as My World of Work and Barclays Life Skills ! They learned about the STAR Model to help structure competency-based questions and we were very impressed with the range of examples answers created by the class .
Students then took part in their final mock interview that counted towards their SQA Unit Assessment . We were very impressed with their detailed and professional answers – well done everyone ! We also want to thank Mr Simpson ( Computing Science ) for joining the panel this year .
