March proved to be a very busy month at the Club for the MGA . The MGA Match Play tournament had many matches played that lead to the following players winning their flights : Flight 1 : Smith Patterson Flight 2 : Jerry Moore Flight 3 : Jeff Lang Flight 4 : Bob Hartley Flight 5 : Steve Beck Flight 6 : Rob Clancey Flight 7 : Tom Seagraves Flight 8 : Robert Kormos
Congratulation to the winners , and good luck to all in the playoff to decide the ultimate MGA Match Play Champion !
We also had the MGA Member-Member Tournament on March 27th . As this page was being written , we had quite a few sign-ups for this tournament and expect heated competition in every flight .
In April , the MGA calendar takes a back seat to the club Men ’ s Member-Guest tournament , which is one of the highlights of the tournament schedule for the year . Once again , the field will be strong as players vie to be in the vaunted shootout at the end of tournament !
The Senior Club Championship that was held the weekend of March 20-21 and the Club and Super- Senior Championships scheduled for May 1st-2nd provide ample opportunity for members to get involved in tournament play .
We hope everyone enjoys all the tournament play and thank John , Cody and the rest of the Pro Shop team for all their work in coordinating these tournaments !
