Constitutional Republic Modern Age Manu: DR. AMBEDKAR

Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar possessed the qualities of a scholar, revolutionary, and politician, and such great individuals are rare in a democratic society. He achieved his initial success in political life when he came into contact with Mahatma Gandhi and when India needed to adopt progressive social and humane standards to justify its claims for Swaraj. As the Minister of Law, his divinely appointed status, legal expertise, and support for the rights of the Dalit communities led him to be chosen as the principal architect of India ' s Constitution in the Constituent Assembly. In this way, Dr. Ambedkar became a means of stamping Indian history with the Indian Constitution.

Dr. Ambedkar emerged as the modern-age Manu, opposing the inhuman deprivation of rights of one section of society and the wrongful privileges enjoyed by the upper castes. Like many others, Dr. Ambedkar firmly believed in adult suffrage, which he incorporated into the Constitution. Ironically, in the first elections, he was
