( Mentoring In New Dimensions ), with a mission to attract and retain new and diverse talent for the industry while also providing opportunities that will shape the next generation of leaders . We are so grateful for Jenny ’ s dedication , time and brilliance behind this program , which will be a great asset to the Industry .
