Richard Ramsey: The song is a music-driven romantic drama about things we all pursue in life…love and meaning.  It’s a cautionary tale and redemptive love story about an aspiring singersongwriter whose life and marriage suffer when the song he writes for his wife propels him to stardom.  It’s also inspired by the life and writings of Solomon. that would speak to the issues of romance, marriage, and intimacy.  As the writer-director, I wanted to do a little more research about Solomon - his other writings and his life. That eventually took me back to Ecclesiastes, and I was just blown away by it.  I felt the book had a discernible and compelling narrative… basically, a man of means searching for ultimate meaning and satisfaction in all the wrong places… and, because of where I was in life at the time, I really felt it spoke to my condition and the human condition powerfully and profoundly, so I was determined to incorporate it in
