Workshops: Feedback from staff and students alike suggest a more interactive session. Due to the different timings, the hard copy resources weren’ t available at the beginning of the workshop delivery. However, the booklet contains a lot of the information the session is trying to get across. Therefore, some of the information heavy slides can be replaced with a handout, allowing for more interaction within the session itself.
Post- 16: Create a one workshop session for staff with constrained delivery time.
Case studies: As the degree apprenticeships become more established and recruit students, it would be really beneficial to add case studies to the session and the website to give real-world examples for students. This would be particularly powerful if it was alumni from the SUN region.
CPD: Increase visibility and promote through the national programme to increase attendance.
Ongoing staff development to ensure both SUN university staff and SUN Progression Mentors know about updates to the apprenticeship portfolios in the SUN region and beyond.
