Alongside coaching , Luke is a Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology and conducts research exploring social support and stressors with sports coaches , as well as women ’ s experiences of coaching .

Jim has over 40 years ’ experience in the corporate world , alongside 30 years voluntary work in junior football and the community . He is the Founder and CEO of ALLSPORTS COACHES COACHING ACADEMY CIC - a community interest project developing veterans to become coaches delivering sport & mental health / mentoring to children . Jim is also a Director of Ball Sports Ltd - a community sports coaching and consultancy business working in schools and communities .
Will Roberts

Will is a Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Science , and Academic Course Lead for the MSci / BSc in Sport Coaching Science at the University of Gloucestershire . He is also series editor for the Routledge Studies in Constraints-Based Methodologies with Keith Davids , Ian Renshaw and Danny Newcombe . Will ’ s current research revolves around the application of constraints-based approaches in elite sport and developmental pathways and he is focussing on how this impacts physical literacy in children .
Paul Thompson MBE
Paul Thompson is an international Rowing Coach and author . He has personally coached medal winning crews at six Olympic games . As chief coach , his squad contributed to GB topping the Olympic medal table in Beijing , London and Rio . Paul has twice been inducted into UK Coaching ’ s hall of fame and into UK Sport ’ s Coaching Fellowship . Paul has also received the International Rowing Federation ' s Coach of the Year award .
