He is the former Head of Academy Sport Science at Exeter City FC . He has recently submitted his PhD thesis at the University of Exeter .

Joseph is a PhD researcher and trainee lecturer working for the School of Sports , Health and Exercise Science at Portsmouth University in Hampshire . His research interests centre around the impact of outdoor physical activities on health and mental wellbeing . As an outdoor enthusiast , Joseph recognises the value of exercising in natural environments . As a researcher , he strives to uncover how the various benefits of different outdoor activities may best be utilised to improve public health .

Eoin is a Lecturer in Sports and Exercise Science at University Academy 92 , Manchester , and Director of Performance of a youth female soccer academy ( RTC , tier 1 plus ). Eoin is keen to help bridge the gap between theory and practice by bringing coaches ' voices to the forefront of psychosocial coach education discussions . Eoin also plays , coaches , and supports the development of Gaelic games in the UK .
