Tip : It ’ s a good idea to embed 2-3 feedback mechanisms as part of the interactive session . An example may be to poll learner ’ s confidence at the start and end of the session . Another option may be to ask for learners to type key takeaways and feedback .
UK Coaching case study In March 2020 , UK Coaching was forced to transition the ‘ Safeguarding and Protecting Children ’ face-toface workshop online . Phase one was to redesign the learning content and the experience using the principles outlined in this article . The second phase was to orientate our tutor workforce focusing on three areas of development :
1 ) Familiarising tutors with the platform 2 ) How to deliver the revised virtual version of the session 3 ) Engaging delivery styles .
