As I close this 21 year chapter as Apple Valleyβ s longest serving Mayor to expand my service in Dakota County as District 7 Commissioner, I wish to share how grateful I am to have you as part of my family. Apple Valley is a destination place that continues to grow, despite difficult challenges that are placed before our world. With over $ 1.69 billion dollars of economic development investment, Apple Valley is a community for a lifetime built on solid principles that face the test of time.
