Keeping in line with the slow fashion trend while accomplishing
the summer’s easy breezy attribute, crochet was a recurrent
vision on the runways of New York.
With a penchant for the beach babe look, designers
incorporated the crochet fabric in differently coloured yarns.
The result was different sizes of body accentuating dresses,
jumpsuits, tops and even hats and bags to honour the summer
vibe. One of the most dominating trends in this regard was the
ombre effect, created using different tones of the same colour,
used as a technique over garments.

new variations of washes that are fresh on the ramp, a strong
resurgence of dark denim made itself known.
Models walked enveloped in a juxtaposition of differently-
washed denim fabrics sewn together, knit denim posing as
athleisure pieces and even accessories and bags made out of
denim to uphold the versatile denim statement for the warmer
months.
