Salil Arora, Director, Myo Ho – a young company that specializes in narrow fabrics and tapes orders. Also, the capacities in schiffli in India is currently much less than the demand which is growing both in the international and domestic market” said Sanjay Bansal, Director Shiv Shakti and President of the association. Even the accessory suppliers were satisfied with the kind of enquiries received.“ It is important to differentiate, and the companies that keep innovating and finding fresh ways to keep the customer engaged are growing,” reasoned Yogesh Suri, Director, Welco Agencies. As representatives of Wendler in India, the company is always looking to better service its clients whether it is with new products or service initiatives. At the event, the company introduced their cut-to-use collar and cuff concept.“ We can provide
cut collars and cuffs in many designs in packs of 1,000 pieces and also make moulds for customised ones if needed,” added Yogesh. The concept is designed to save time, interlining and the headache of outsourcing the cutting for the manufacturers.“ At a small extra cost, the manufacturers can get much bigger value and assurance of authenticity in the interlining,” averred Yogesh.
Milan Sheth from Screen Art was kept busy with his new range of 3D transfers and reflective transfers which were earlier only available from China, with complete inhouse facilities and an ability to give at very competitive prices.“ The developments that are being displayed are our very recent ones and no one in India can do this technique as of now. So we have a niche that has been really liked by the visitors,” said Sheth. The transfers can be customised and can be used with equal ease on both knitted and woven fabrics. Sheth also shared that the domestic market has really improved its quality requirements and now suppliers are not differentiating between the exporters and local manufacturers.
