NEW PRODUCTS…
The climatic changes resulting in
lighter winter in recent years has
already moved many companies
towards semi-winterwear products.
Now the next stage of development is
to move towards those products which
have neither been the strength of the
city, nor the focus of any company,
so far. Not only established and top
players, but even the middle-level

jackets) pieces per day. Currently,
the company is mainly into tees and
kidswear. Vivek Lakra, Director
of the company shared reasons for
initiating new products: “Besides
helping us to diversify our products’
range, lingerie demand is increasing
worldwide and also in India. So, we
are adding the same in our offerings.”
Currently the capacity of the company
is nearly 5 lakh pieces per month.
Simultaneously, PS Group of
Companies is going to start
undergarments’ manufacturing and
has installed 90 stitching machines
for the same initially. As of now, it has
a knitting capacity of nearly 20 tonnes
per month and is also manufacturing
bottomwear for domestic market
using its own 100 stitching machines.
