Adler AG, Beisler offers
sewing unit 100-69 that
allows an efficient and
flexible production of
straight and slanted welt
pockets. A leading Chinese sewing
technology juggernaut
Typical,s has a wide portfolio
of machinery. One amongst
them is BASS3200 pocket
welting machine which
is suitable to make light
and medium duty pockets at
high speed. The machine can
make single-taping pocket,
double-taping pocket, slant
pocket, flap pocket etc. Jack’s JK-5878 series of
lockstitch automatic pocket
welting machine can sew all
kinds of common pockets,
double welt and single welt,
straight and slanted, with or
without flap. The versatility
of this unit coupled with
maximum ease of use make
it flexible for suits, trousers
and, sportswear. Mitsubishi also offers an
automatic pocket welting
machine – PLY-E7191,
that can be used to sew
welt pockets in work pants,
sportswear, uniforms, etc.
The machine
comes equipped
with programmable
microprocessor control
and DC sewing motor. It
provides sewing speed up
to 3,000 SPM. The sewing
unit has recently been
upgraded with an enlarged
working area and adjustable
height which can be
increased to 1,076 mm.
A roll-off device is equipped
for sewing zippers.
For quick and precise
positioning of the fabric,
8 laser marking lamps
are there to support the
operator. Welt can also be
scanned precisely through a
photocell.
With special zipper
attachment device, it can sew
zipper also. The movement
of pressing plate moving
and the entire cutting process
are controlled by individual
step motors. The middle
knife is driven by another
step motor, which is easy
to set. Stitch gauge length
varies from 0.5-3.5 mm while
sewing both vertical and slant
pockets.
It can reach a speed up to
3,000 SPM with a capacity
of reaching 1,800-2,000
pockets in an 8-hour shift.
Different pocket shapes
need different folding
devices (such as single and
double folding device) which
is offered by Jack JK-5878.
Equipped with upper thread
picking sensor, the machine
will stop immediately
when a needle or thread
breaks. Besides, the sensor
detecting device ensures
real-time detection and
timely report.
The machine allows six
types of sewing lengths
which can be saved and
a myriad of sewing speed
options such as 1,600,
2,000 and 2,200 RPM. The
settings of the corner knife
and center knife can be
adjusted individually at the
start or end of stitching using
the control box.
Furthermore, a fault
diagnosis monitor is
incorporated making it easy
to see the faulty section,
such as a top dead point
fault or center knife rise fault.

BASS 3204 is a universal
automatic welted pocket
sewing machine. The sewing
machine processes all
prevalent pocket openings
with and without flaps. The
incorporation of a zipper
can be integrated easily into
the sewing operation. Even
welted breast pockets can
be incorporated with the
appropriate options.
With a high operating speed
of 4-5 pockets per minute,
BASS 3204 can run at a
speed of 3,000 SPM.
