In 2012, he launched the Arrista School of
Finesse in Pune, which conducts grooming and
development programs for students, working
professionals, and teenagers. Chirag also
works with the Maharashtra Police to conduct
behavioural training sessions.
He is an acclaimed speaker and panelist, who
has been invited to numerous events and functions
at both academic institutes and corporate firms.
Soon after his introduction, Chirag took over and
began the session.
The Seminar started at 4 pm, and saw active
participation from members. It covered a range
of topics such as preparing for change, building a
competitive edge in a highly cutthroat and evolving
time, finding a group of best practices and
making them the heart of a business, knowing

preservation, and solving issues for humankind.
Despite October 2 having been a public
holiday, over 40 members participated, as per the
official list. The Seminar was held in a healthy and
