The label’s brown story revolved around abstraction, think long- sleeved shirtwaist dresses and granny smocks with tiny white dots. La Vaca Loca presented a loose, anti-fit story in the form of long, basic maxis or midis in solid hues of white, pale green, black, and lemon. The sheer effect of these ensembles made them a summer-favourite. Famed label Tricot Chic played with a beige palette mixed with dusty blue, rust, and fuchsia for long, boxy blazers, parallels, tasselled minis, sheers with lace-trimmed blouses, trousers, as well as maxis and smocks with giant floral prints. Adding innovative constructional touches, Amaiatogo showcased a belted, layered tunic over a black-and-grey, long-sleeved dress that instantly caught the attention of trendy dressers. From Marc arc Aurel came a sporty red hoodie with printed capris, while Monari’s eye-pleasing ensemble e (comprising a blazer, shirt, and a pair of trousers), and printed blouses offered up a soft oft pastel dream.
