NEW OFFICE-BEARERS OF THE ASSOCIATION
At a Meeting of the Elected Members to the Managing Committee of the Association held on November 6, 2019,
Mr Rahul Mehta stepped down as President of the Association. The Members unanimously elected Mr Rakesh Biyani,
Director, Future Retail Ltd, as the Next President of the Association for the remaining Tenure of this Managing Committee.
At the said meeting, Mr Biyani Nominated the following Members as Office-Bearers of the Association for the remaining
Tenure of this Managing Committee:

70TH NATIONAL GARMENT FAIR
We are glad to inform you that the Association has received an Overwhelming Response towards Participation in the
70th National Garment Fair, to be held on January 29 and 30 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, NSE Complex, Goregaon
(East), Mumbai 400 063. Over 550 Stalls have been so far Booked and only a limited Number of stalls is now available.
Members who are interested to Participate in the Fair are requested to send their Applications to the Office of the
Association at the earliest to avoid any last-minute disappointment.
The Last Date for accepting Booking of Stalls is Monday, December 23, 2019, Subject to the availability of Stalls.
The Draw of Lot for the Allotment of Stalls is Proposed to be held in the first week of January 2020 in Mumbai. The exact
Venue and Time will be intimated to the Exhibitors directly by the Association.
The Association started accepting Booking for the ‘Show Directory’, popularly known as the ‘Fair Guide’, from
Wednesday, November 27, 2019. The Last Date for Accepting Bookings for the Special Positions is December 27,
2019 and the Draw of Lots for the Special Positions, if required, will be held on January 3, 2020, at the Office of
the Association.
The Last Date for accepting Bookings for the Show Directory is January 3, 2020, Subject to the Availability of Space.
The Last Date for Accepting the Directory Printing Material is January 10, 2020. All Members who are interested to
