NEW IN 2017
Find your true north in 2017 with the all-new 230-foot North Star. The only ride of its kind in the upper Midwest, North Star spins riders 20 stories above the ground at speeds up to 40mph as the swings ascend and descend the tower.
Valleyfair’ s Soak City Waterpark( included with admission) is a great way to beat the summer heat, including a 34,000 square-foot wave pool, interactive splash pad for the little ones, semi-private cabanas and the always popular lazy river.
Plus, what summer bucket list is complete without a trip down Breakers Plunge? As America’ s tallest twin body slides, Breakers Plunge is a thrill-seeker’ s dream, plunging riders down a 90-foot, 65-degree angle at speeds of up to 40 miles per hour, leaving even the most daring riders captivated! That’ s why The Travel Channel named these towering slides as one of their seven US waterslides to ride this summer( 2016).

Come one, come all, come hungry as Valleyfair brings two of Minnesota’ s favorites together during Hotdish & Hops! The park’ s Executive Chef Luis Carrillo delivers a local twist on the classic BBQ- and brew-style food festival, pairing favorite hotdish recipes with craft beers. Many of the recipes are pure Minnesota, while others showcase the chef’ s culinary creative side. The event also features live music by popular local artists.
The Labor Day Weekend tradition continues with the 41st annual Green Giant Corn Feast, including more than 30,000 pounds of locally sourced and free all-you-can-eat corn on the cob, live music, corn-eating contest plus all of your favorite rides and attractions.
Every fall, the fun takes a terrifying turn as Valleyfair transforms into ValleySCARE! As night falls, the Halloween Haunt comes to life with the most intense haunted attractions.
