AAMD is the 6th largest apartment association in the country - representing nearly 2,475 Member organizations, and nearly 1,500 communities with over 245,000 apartment units. Amongst our membership is nearly 600 supplier partners with over 300 different areas of expertise and countless products and services to offer the Denver multifamily industry. The launch of our Supplier Partners First initiative is the next step in supporting our Supplier Partners grow their business by adding more benefits for Suppliers as well as making it easier for Members to find new products and services from AAMD Supplier Partners to help operate their communities. Below are some of the new benefits and aspects of the new initative designed to further support our Supplier Partners: SUPPLIER PARTNER GUIDE The All-New Supplier Partner Guide is a listing by category of all Supplier Partners in the AAMD Membership. One of the key aspects of this initiative is the launch of our new Supplier Partner Guide by Category. Instead of needing to search by keyword or filter, the page offers and alphabetical list of Areas of Expertise. Along with the rest of the website, the Supplier Partner Guide is mobile friendly and designed with that in mind. NEW SUPPLIER PARTNER BADGE Supplier Partners now have the opportunity to download a new badge they can place on their website, marketing materials, email signatures, social media profiles and more to show that they are Members of AAMD and Partners with the industry. INTERACTIVE COMMUNITY MAP A new way to discover AAMD communities! This new interactive community map shows where each community (over 25 units) is on the map, allowing Supplier Partners to find the properties around town when making visits or expanding their business. NEW ACCESS TO INDUSTRY INFORMATION With the pandemic still affecting the way management companies are working, we continue our management company calls, and are making notes from those calls available for Supplier Partners so they can gain further insight into how managment companies and communities are operating and how they can help.
