TV SHOW OR MOVIE DESCRIBES WORK / LIFE BALANCE: Dead Poets Society for work and The Voice for life. COFFEE OR COCKTAIL: Tall, iced, upside down, caramel macchiato; Cocktail-wise, BLOODY-MARY PLEASE! FAVORITE NON-RESTAURANT DENVER SPOT: Hands down, the Denver Botanic Gardens. NEXT BIG THING IN APARTMENT LIVING? Micro-apartment living WHY APARTMENTS? It’ s how diversified the talent pool has become over the last year or two. It’ s incredibly inspiring to see so many new employee’ s joining our team from other industries, bringing an incredibly dynamic skills set, proficiencies, and unique perspective / outlook / vision. WRITE A FORTUNE COOKIE FORTUNE: Inspiration enriches our life, so I’ d say …“ Be yourself, everybody else is taken.” SUPER HERO POWER: The ability to shake anyone’ s hand and soak-up a special skill, like playing guitar or painting a masterpiece. NEW TECHNOLOGY TO MAKE JOB EASIER: Ditching the computer and going completely mobile with just the phone! NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR BETTER RESIDENT RETENTION: Anything to help keep things simple and streamlined, a one-stop shop for everything! YOUR FIRST APARTMENT: It was the greatest 1x1 right in the heart of Boulder; a mix of vintage meets contemporary! NEW WAYS TO LOOK FOR NEW TALENT: Honestly, I look for genuine talent outside of the industry; industry experience can be incredibly important, but sometimes diversified experience trumps time in the industry. Send me your flight attendants, bartenders, and call center supervisors! KEEPS YOU UP AT NIGHT: The snoring of my upstairs neighbor. No joke, it’ s incredibly loud. STORE IN MALL TO FIND NEW TALENT: Right downstairs to the custodian’ s office.

COFFEE OR COCKTAIL: Chai Tea Latte. FAVORITE NEW DENVER RESTAURANT: Los Chignones. FAVORITE NON-RESTAURANT DENVER SPOT: The golf course- I love trying new courses all over Colorado. Golf is my stress reliever and a staple in my life! NEXT BIG THING IN APARTMENT LIVING? Country Club Towers II and III. WHY APARTMENTS? The people! You get to meet and connect with new people every day! Whether it be within your company, residents, or the wonderful members at AAMD- I’ m always so grateful for the new people I meet every day. SUPER HERO POWER: I’ m the forever optimist. No matter the situation I always look on the bright side and remain optimistic about the outcome. NEW TECHNOLOGY TO MAKE JOB EASIER: A cloning machine. KEEPS YOU UP AT NIGHT: You would think I would say my five-month-old daughter but she’ s a great sleeper. So I guess what keeps me up is constant ideas and revelations on how I can positively impact my teams and thinking of what I want to accomplish the next day when I go into the office. STORE IN MALL TO FIND NEW TALENT: I would go back to REI. I was with my two girls and my youngest was fussy and hungry and I was trying to purchase my items. One of the cashiers came over and started playing with my daughter, distracting her, and ultimately making her smile and laugh! She could tell I was struggling and yet she took the time out of her day to help me. You can’ t train customer service. She was genuine, caring, and helpful- all traits that I cannot train yet, it’ s imperative that teams possess traits like that. At the end of the day, apartments are all over and people have countless options when trying to find a new home but the level of service and the people that they interact with daily are the reason they’ ll be loyal residents of Broe properties. ERA OF LIFE TO RE-LIVE: I wouldn’ t, I have done a great job of living every moment as it’ s my last.
