I’m very open with my colleagues and share more than what is needed for them to perform in their role, in hopes that the added perspective will help them understand how critical their contribution is to the broader effort. FAVORITE TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITY? A good old-fashioned happy hour. THREE FAVORITE APPS: Spotify; I have music on all the time. My calendar; I need lots of reminders. Apple Podcast App; so I can stay connected to news and trends in the industry. BIGGEST PET PEEVE? People who don’t wait their turn to de-board an airplane. CAREER HIGHLIGHT: Staying nimble. Amazing opportunities presented themselves early in my career and being nimble in my pursuits allowed me to fully embrace and excel in each. I’m interested in many things and am eager to take on and learn something new. My willingness to explore something that may not seem a natural fit with my law degree or past experiences has proven to be critical to my career.
