With your maintenance teams cutting back on entering apartment
homes to perform repairs, you can keep your team engaged on-site
with a good spring clean. Here’s a proposed checklist (courtesy of
Cardinal Group Management) of tasks that can be performed so your
maintenance teams can be more effective when they’re able to return to
regular daily routines.
