Launch of new
website a milestone in
CAA public education
campaign
In May, AAMD and CAA announced
the launch of a new website that is
designed to help renters and provide
resources about our industry. The website
is Housing4Colorado.org, and is made
possible through a partnership of the
Colorado Apartment Association, Broth-
ers Redevelopment, Family Homestead,
Energy Outreach Colorado and more to
come. Housing4Colorado.org has three
purposes:
1. Educate the public about current
trends in the Colorado housing
industry
2. Support the industry as it relates to
regulatory and governmental issues
such as affordable housing
3. Put renters in a position for informa-
tional strength so they may under-
stand the best housing solutions for
them.
The website has lots of information and
features such as:
• Up to date news and articles about
the housing industry in Colorado
• A frequently asked questions page
with information and infographics
relating to disability laws, eviction
process, credit scores, rent control and
more
• Resources such as a Housing Cost
calculator, Renter Tips, and links to
state and city housing websites
Thanks to all of our fantastic volunteers
on our PR committee for the work they
put into this new service and hope it
works as a great resources for you and
your residents as we continue to shine a
positive light on our industry each day.
