LEGAL HANDBOOK
The 10th edition of the Legal Handbook was
released in January. Author and attorney,
Drew Hamrick, updated the Legal Handbook
and added a new section on Service
Animals. The book was also redesigned and
printed in full color to increase to overall
quality of the book. The Handbook will
continue to be updated as new legislation
requires. Property Management companies
and owners with 25 units and Communities
with 100 units or more receive this valuable
publication at no additional cost as part of
their membership dues. The online version
of the Legal Handbook is available to all
Owner / Management members.

MOBILE APP
AAMD Launched it's first mobile app for the
2017 Education Conference and Trade Show.
There were nearly 500 sessions on the app
during the one-day show, launching a bright
future for AAMD's technology efforts in the
coming years.
