HOW TO PREVENT ANXIETY

There are many ways to prevent anxiety attacks, here are some of them:

- Take a time out: Practice yoga, listen to music, meditate, stepping back from the problem helps clear your head.
- Count to 10 slowly: If you still feel anxious, reapeat, and count to 20 if needed.
- Take deep breaths: Taking deep breaths slowly will calm you down.
-Maintain possitive attitude: Make an effort to replace negative thoughts with possitive ones.
- Pinch he tip of your finger or play with the lobe of your ear: doing this will take your mind off whatever is causing you to feel anxious.
