usually an anxiety attack begins because someone notices some feeling inside their body. Anxiety attacks, also known as panic attacks, cause hypersensitivity. This is when your mind essentially monitors your body, so that it notices any change. The person with anxiety notices any change that a person without anxiety wouldm’ t notice. The people with anxiety attacks have thoughts as soon as they notice the feeling of anxiety, these thoughts usually are:“ something is wrong with my health” or“ oh no, another anxiety attack is |
coming”. The person with anxiety attacks isnt imagining these thought out of the blue. Rather, they’ re noticing physical changes in their body in a way that those without anxiety rarely notice. The physical sensations can be weak and get bigger, or they can be strong, such as the case of heart palpitation. These triggers include: Rapid / sped heart beat, chest pains, light headedness, difficulty breathing, trouble focusing, weakness somewhere in the body, trouble with balance and near any unusual physical sensation. |
