I’m really hoping to pursue more involvement with theatre for this reason. I’m also really interested in the conservational aspect of costuming. That is, working with restoring and preserving historical and vintage garments for future use and reference. As a bit of a history nerd, working with genuine period garments sounds like my kind of heaven!

I’ve also been working backstage on some productions around Sydney, which has been a fantastic experience.

LL: I have a great love for all aspects of the costume profession, from designing to making and wardrobe management. I love being able to create costumes, but also the amazing energy that comes from working backstage with the cast during a production.
