Ellen Goodman (above), founder of The
Conversation Project, delivered the keynote address
at the 6th Annual meeting of the Council of
Visitors on October 19, 2017. Earlier in the day,
members of the Council participated in walking
tours to learn more about Mount Auburn’s
current environmental stewardship and monument
conservation initiatives.

is one of my favorite past times. It is so
beautiful and well kept. The historical
aspect of the cemetery is such that it is
difficult to comprehend how so many
people in the area have never
experienced the beauty within.

The Friends of Mount Auburn
hosted 15 donor events
attended by 360 donors,
including a visit to studio of
Serpentino Stained & Leaded
Glass in Needham (above).
