Implementing an MHPSS project at this scale across Armenia’ s public schools has been both ambitious and deeply challenging, but the impact we are already seeing among teachers and students makes every effort worthwhile.
What makes this work especially meaningful is the people behind it. Many of our mentors now training teachers across Armenia were themselves displaced from Artsakh.
Through this initiative, they are not only helping schools become safer, more supportive environments for children. They are rebuilding their own professional lives.
This project creates impact on multiple levels: strengthening the wellbeing of students and teachers while offering a new beginning for the mentors who carry this work forward.
