Seroond Catalyst Ministry Partnership at Scale
In September 2025, Seroond launched the Catalyst Program in partnership with the Armenian Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports, piloting the Seroond school culture, leadership, and SEL framework in 6 newly built educational complexes across Shirak, Tavush, Lori, Vayots Dzor, Gegharkunik, and Syunik. Catalyst embeds distributed leadership, data-informed improvement, and wellbeing structures into new schools from day one, ensuring these institutions launch with the culture and practices that other schools spend years trying to develop.
