AEI attacks educational inequity from every angle through five interconnected initiatives:

Teach For Armenia( formerly the Teacher Leadership Program)
Our flagship initiative, launched in 2015, recruits and develops Armenia’ s most promising graduates as a form of national service. Through a rigorous two-year fellowship, Teacher-Leaders serve in the communities that need them most, building both classroom mastery and leadership capacity. To date: 550 + Teacher-Leaders and Alumni trained, reaching 60,000 + students annually across 410 partner schools, roughly 20 % of Armenia’ s regional student population.
Seroond
Whole-school transformation in two complementary tracks: Seroond Turnaround Program: aa comprehensive model that turns existing public schools into highimpact hubs of innovation. Seroond embeds leadership coaching, data-informed instruction, socialemotional learning, and community engagement into every dimension of school life. Now operating in 7 schools with 1,981 students and 180 teachers, and expanding nationally in partnership with the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports through Seroond Catalyst.
