At the end of 2025, Keron Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Armenia. As part of this cooperation, an international musician has joined the Orchestra in December 2025 as a Talent Pool participant.
In parallel, ongoing discussions are underway with Ministries, theatres, universities and other public and private institutions across all five strategic directions of the Foundation, aimed at identifying new partner organizations and engaging additional Talent Pool candidates in the coming years.
These engagements reflect the Foundation’ s commitment to expanding the Talent Pool Program and strengthening institutional capacity through long-term professional involvement.
